Our services
Roof leak repair services for every Townsville home
Whatever the wet season throws at your roof — metal, tile, or older — we’ll help make it watertight again.
Roof Leak Repairs
Our core service. We trace the leak back to its real source, show you what we’ve found, then carry out a lasting repair — resealing or replacing the failed flashing, fastener, valley or pointing, and checking the area around it so the same leak doesn’t return.

Storm
Storm Leak Repairs & Tarping
When a storm opens up your roof, we make it safe first — fitting heavy-duty, battened-down tarpaulins to stop water flooding your ceilings. Once conditions are dry and safe, we return to find the underlying damage and complete a permanent repair.

Acoustic & Thermal Leak Detection
When a leak isn’t obvious, we find it properly instead of guessing. Using thermal imaging and moisture meters, we follow the water back along the roof framing to its true entry point, then map out exactly what needs sealing — with no unnecessary cutting.

Ridge-Cap Re-bedding & Repointing
For tile roofs where the mortar under the ridge caps has cracked from UV and ground movement. We lift and re-bed the loose caps on fresh mortar, then repoint the joints with a flexible compound that moves with the roof — so wind-driven rain can’t track underneath again.

Metal Roof Fastener & Flashing Repairs
The most common cause of slow Colorbond leaks. We inspect for perished washers and rusted screws, replace failed fasteners with correctly-rated ones, reseal penetrations and sheet overlaps, and treat early rust — stopping water before it reaches the timber below.

Valley, Gutter & Downpipe Repairs
Blocked or undersized valleys and gutters back up and overflow into your eaves during heavy rain. We clear and flush the system, reseal or replace rusted valley irons and flashings, correct the falls, and where needed upgrade to deep-profile guttering built for monsoonal downpours.

Solar, Skylight & Vent Seal Repairs
Every penetration through the roof — solar brackets, skylights, whirlybirds and vents — relies on a seal that perishes in the tropical sun. We pinpoint which one is letting water in, then re-flash and reseal it with UV-rated materials so the fix actually lasts.

Post-Cyclone Inspections & Insurance Reports
After a big blow, wind shear can loosen fixings and stretch tie-downs with no obvious damage. We carry out a thorough structural and weatherproofing inspection, photograph and document everything, and provide a clear report you can use to support an insurance claim.

Questions
Roof repair FAQs
Every roof and every leak is different, so we don’t quote blind. We’ll have our roof plumber assess it on site, explain what’s actually wrong, and give you a clear written quote before any work starts — no surprises.
We treat active leaks as a priority and will get to you as soon as we can. If water is coming in right now, we can talk you through making it safe and arrange storm-grade tarping to limit the damage before a permanent repair.
It’s a Queensland Government program that helps some eligible owners of older coastal homes cover part of the cost of upgrading to a cyclone-rated roof. Eligibility and approvals are decided by the program — we can give you a plain-English overview.
We do — Colorbond and corrugated metal, terracotta and concrete tile, and older roofs common across North Queensland. Each fails differently, so we diagnose accordingly.
Townsville and the surrounding suburbs — Kirwan, North Ward, Annandale, Douglas, Aitkenvale, Mundingburra, Bushland Beach and the northern beaches.
